Our **EPC Business Line** is looking for a **Portfolio EPC Manager**, who will have the following responsibilities:
- Management, coordination, and direction of several projects at the same stage of construction;
- Organization of a multidisciplinary teams;
- Capacity to coordinate different departments, supply chain, engineering, contract management and construction;
- Capacity to manage the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc;
- Coordination with technical advisors;
- Capable to represent the company in trade fairs, meetings with local authorities, utilities, etc;
- Public or private tenders and/ or projects’ participation support and organization.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor or equivalent degree;
- At least 10 years of professional experience in project management tasks or similar, within an international environment as a manager member of an operations team;
- English Proficiency (French is a plus);
- Availability for an international project.

- High technical vision on the market, capacity to understand critical situations for suppliers;
- Strong ability to demonstrate technical and management skills in construction and problem solving;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization;
- Trustworthy, with ownership over work entrusted;
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, judgement and problem solving;
- Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities;
- Ability and adaptability to work with a multi-discipline workload.
