**Job description**:
The Junior Marketing Manager supports the Senior Marketing Manager with the Marketing Management of the floor cleaning category portfolio. The position holder takes over the electro and pet range categories independently.

**Key Responsabilities**:
Manage pet range & electro portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans. Support the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager with the management of the respective product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans. Support the implementation of product and pricing strategies (NRM). Based on data analytics, provide feedback on consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products in order to serve consumers. Developed POS materials, die cuts and design.

**Profile**:
Entry position with min 1 and up to 3 years job experience in Marketing. Consumer Packaged Goods preferred. Experience in supervising outside agencies. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, other Marketing software tools beneficial. Good English skills required (written and oral), other languages beneficial such has Spanish. Appreciated if: use and understanding of IRI / Nielsen data and any relevant market analytics tools. Agile learner and strong willingness to learn. Ability to think and act holistic and critical. Strong interpersonal skills. Team player, willing and able to work in cross-functional teams and international environments. Good business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills.
