Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Mentor, develop and coordinate Product Manager, Hospital National Sales Manager (HNSM) / Hospital KAMs as well as Tender team
- Coordinate team to deliver on targets through regular performance reviews and coaching
- Set and manage Hospitals approach across the country to maximize growth in each of them in close coordination with the HNSM
- Identify new business opportunities and portfolio GAPS
- Seek competitive market intelligence in order to maximize growth potential through stock and quoting/pricing management
- Support and execute the strategic vision for Hospital sales according the guidelines received from the Head of Hospital BU
- Coordinate activities and reviews the performance of Hospital tendering
- Coordinates and reviews the marketing function performance (communication/promotional actions/Advertising, KSP, event/congress management,) and support the digital transformation strategy, whenever possible and adequate,
- Participates in the quotation/pricing process.
- Is responsible for Hospital business related data management either from internal sources (including forecasting
- supply, budget, forecast) and external sources (audited market data, competitive intelligence, catalogue, Infarmed/Infomed, etc)
- Build strong customer relationships and customer commitment with Hospitals, HCPs, representing the company in the marketplace in a highly ethical and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training; including rates, pricing, sales productivity reports, CRM and expense reports
- Work closely with the Head of Hospital BU to identify portfolio growth opportunities
- Attend and participate in strategic planning internally and externally
- Participate in the optimization and rationalization exercises for the current portfolio
- Perform other duties or assist with special projects as necessary or assigned

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Management, Economics, Health/Life Sciences pharmaceutical experience is required
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry 8 years
- Experience in Hospital Business 3 years
- Team Management 3 years experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with team and customers
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Solid understanding of generic pharmaceutical industry and of government regulations, restrictions and formulary policies
- Good knowledge of hospitals business including market trends, customers behavior, regulatory and technical matters as well as new developments in technology and products
- Good knowledge of procurement framework, legislation and procedures in Hospital PT market.
- Collaborative work style and ability to work with and develop strong working relationships with colleagues from various functions, geographies and various levels within the organization
- Proficiency in market and financial analysis
- Analytical skills and comfortable in building and manipulating data sets to ensure meaningful and accurate analysis as well as translating data to management information to support decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English - written and spoken
