**VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE KYC DIGITAL COURTAGE**

Contribuer à la mise en œuvre au sein de son équipe de la stratégie définie par son management et ses clients

Garantir sur son domaine, le contrôle des risques et la qualité du dispositif de conformité en matière de sécurité financière

Contribuer à l'identification des problèmes rencontrés et à leurs escalations selon les procédures définies

Garantir la gestion de l'équipe en accord avec les valeurs du groupe

Garantir la gestion RH de l'équipe

Contribuer à la sécurité de l'entreprise et à la santé physique et mentale des employés

**EN TANT QUE NOTRE NOUVEAU TEAM LEADER KYC & KYI, VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR**:

- Un niveau de Français oral et écrit courant/natif
- Une capacité d’organisation, de travail collaboratif, de réactivité, d’adaptation au changement
- Accompagner la montée en compétence de manière pédagogue
- Une connaissance du marché de l'assurance et des principaux acteurs, clients, activités, ou du secteur de la conformité (KYC, KYI, Compliance, AML,...)
