**About Position**:
**What you will do**:

- Market research:

- Identify new market opportunities (off market, new development projects)
- Obtain information and public records about product/service for sale
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Perform product demos to prospects.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are achieving their goals with our products and services;
- Identify upsell and contract renewal opportunities with existing customers;
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our products and services;
- Ensure an "after-sales service", in solving problems presented by customers;
- Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;
- Research and analyze industry trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including social media out reach.
- Creation of content for marketing materials.
- Create and maintain content on the website of clients.
- Optimize content following SEO best practices.

**What you have**:

- Portugal citizen
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Knowledge and Use a variety of tools including:

- Good computer skills
- MS Office
- Google Sheets, Google Meet, and other related services from Google
- Online meeting software: Skype, Zoom, MS Teams
- Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Knowledge in software technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

**Salary**: Up to 1,000.00€ per month

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Portuguese (required)
- English (required)
