**Será responsável por:
Um dos principais objectivos propostos na pessoa incorporada será o de impulsionar as vendas no seu departamento, proporcionando ao mesmo tempo um ambiente de loja e uma experiência de cliente excepcionais. Para tal, terá de trabalhar com a equipa de gestão, apoiando-a na gestão diária e desenvolvendo um grupo de trabalho empenhado e de elevado desempenho.

Sem dúvida, esta posição deve ser preenchida por uma pessoa motivada, sistemática e entusiasta. Com grande capacidade de comunicação e excelente orientação para resultados, procedimentos e, claro, para o cliente.

Por isso, procuramos profissionais com pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em cargos semelhantes, onde tenham tido a oportunidade de gerir uma equipa e que não tenham medo da mudança, passando por um ambiente de ritmo acelerado. O dinamismo é o nosso forte

**Quais seriam as principais funções?**
- Recolher e analisar os dados disponíveis, a fim de obter uma compreensão completa do desempenho do seu departamento e de impulsionar as vendas e os objectivos.
- Apoiar e consultar a direção da loja no processo de planeamento e programação dos recursos do departamento.
- Gerir, planear e otimizar o stock da loja. Rever e gerir regularmente o planeamento comercial, o planograma e os layouts periódicos em todo o departamento.
- Efetuar a atribuição de tarefas diárias e a gestão dos turnos diários, ajudando sempre os colegas na criação de expositores comerciais e inspiradores.
- Tratar as queixas e as dúvidas dos clientes em primeira instância e resolvê-las eficazmente.
- Realizar actividades de gestão do desempenho da sua equipa, incluindo a gestão de ausências. Ajudar no recrutamento e na integração de novos profissionais, criando uma equipa empenhada e de elevado desempenho com valores e uma cultura de aprendizagem contínua.
- Comunicar e promover a iniciativa ética e ambiental da empresa.
