**Role Purpose**:

- Within Customer Value Management team, will be responsible for driving data analytics effort in order to solve business challenges;
- Translate stakeholders’ business needs into data analysis problems and translate big data insights into real actions and solutions;
- Analyse data sets to find opportunities for commercial leads, product and process optimization, using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action;
- Work closely with local and international teams, in order to develop predictive models, embracing new technologies and analytical techniques, to drive strategic decisions;
- Establish quality control measures and processes to ensure B2B Customers and prospects CRM information is accurate and reliable;
- Track CVM leads performance and identify insights to improve KPIs;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance teams efficiency, automate reporting and analysis to ensure focus in on new value-added activities;
- Lead projects with autonomy, being able to scope, design, develop and implement a variety of analytical projects.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Identify opportunities to increment value;
- Forecast campaigns & predictive models outcomes;
- Track project implementation;
- Monitor results;
- Continuously improve KPIs;
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams, both local and international.

**Ideal Background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s in quantitative fields like Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or similar;
- Expertise in data manipulation: use of structured data tools (e.g., SQL, Access, Google Cloud Platform);
- Expertise in major programming languages for statistical modelling (e.g., R, Phyton);
- Familiarity with visualisation tools (e.g. QlikSense, PowerBI);
- Exposure/interest in machine learning and modelling data;
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on business development;
- Analytical and expansive thinking with a strong desire to deliver and develop;
- Experience using statistical tools to manipulate data and draw insights;
- Experience working with and creating data structures;
- Knowledge of a variety of modern data manipulation technics;
- Own and prioritize backlog, considering business outcomes;
- This role requires passion for discovering solutions in data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes;
- Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
