**Job Description**:

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of energy markets, including industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Gather intelligence on competitors' products, services, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Market Opportunity Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential market segments and customer segments based on market analysis, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Insights and Reporting: Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate market intelligence findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with external research firms, industry associations, and market experts to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and access relevant market data and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis, preferably within the energy industry or related sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in using market intelligence tools, data visualization software, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect market insights with strategic business objectives.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of the energy industry, including renewable energy, electricity markets, and regulatory frameworks, is highly desirable.
