**Job Purpose**:
A specialist in the accounting of SAO Non
- trade expenses managed via SAP, Ariba and Concur.
Manage and oversee the general ledger accounts of SAO.
Responsible for preparing end of month reconciliations and reporting by ensuring key controls are performed and effectively maintained.
Prepare SOA analysis Actual vs Budget per Business Unit, Cost Center, Account and present this analysis to respective stakeholders.

**Responsabilities**:
Manage all Non-trade related aspects of the P&L and reconcile the Balance Sheet amounts of SAO accounts
Approve purchase requisitions in Ariba for Non-IT Costs
Reclass expenses to prepayments based on details of invoices and release prepayments based on invoice information
Book payroll costs and reconcile the related Balance Sheet amounts with HR
Book and manage accruals for all departments, by analysing invoices vs accruals
Accrue for Travel expenses and allocate corporate credit cards payments against the travel expenses from Concur
Reclass costs for market information, telephones etc to specific Business Units and Cost Centers
Responsible for reporting SAO ensuring all costs are properly classified in business unit and cost center and comply with company deadlines
Actual versus Budget analysis for all departments, reporting and deviation follow up
Coordinate with the Non-Trade AP Team working on Ariba and Concur
Raise debit notes to sub-tenants and employees
Prepare information for BPC schedules input relating to SAO
Manage automated Occupancy cost reallocations in SAP
Review the Balance Sheet Reconciliation prepared by the Corporate Team
Complete the CAPEX template in the IT Sharepoint
Prepare the annual Budget for SAO and input in BPC and during the year manage WBS codes per Budget

Assist in the preparation of information for annual reporting and external audits.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / CPA
Be proficient in Excel to an advanced level or other BI tool.
Proficient in English
Strong experience in SAP (preferred)
Work experience for 5 years or more
Solid analytical skills
Good written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.
Customer service oriented
