Verisure (kown in Portugal as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionate **Travel & Expenses Specialist **to join our Shared Service Center, with colleagues in, UK, Ireland, and other locations. This exciting and amazing opportunity role will be based in Lisbon, reporting to the SSC Manager. In this role you will have the chance to be part of an international project and be in close contact with our country travel & expenses owners in different locations.

In this role, your main responsibilities wil be 1) to make all the travel-related arrangements needed for employees going on business trips, using Egencia platform, and 2) to audit employee expenses and ensure that they comply with company policies.

On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, the company is now** building its own Shared Service Center**, in line with the strategic decision to further centralise the finance function in Lisbon. This travel & expenses specialist will be a key member of this team and play a critical role to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities will include, among others:

- Preparing cost allocation journal for travel and expenses claims
- Checking and processing expenses claims for the business units in scope
- Personal Expenses query management
- Liaising with providers and making travel arrangements on a regular basis: Booking trains, hotels, flights, and ferries
- Ensuring that all business expenses submitted and approved are compliant with company policies
- Managing Ad hoc tasks related to travel and expenses
- Other task as required

**Experience and Qualifications**:
**We see this role as **critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals while our Shared Service aims for efficiency, centralization and standardization of processes with a keen focus on quality of service.**
- High school graduate or higher, preferably with a technical degree related to the corporate world.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 1+ years of relevant experience (expenses management and/or other administrative tasks)
- Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PHC) and travel management tools (e.g., Egencia) is valued

- Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented and abie to establish priorities and meeting deadlines
