**Your Role**:
As a Plant Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of the plant by ensuring seamless communication and coordination among various departments. This role involves maintaining the Plant Manager's agenda, facilitating timely reporting from all areas, and helping Area Managers as directed. The Plant Assistant will also handle administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, securing approvals, and maintaining office archives.
- Ensure timely execution and collection of reports from all areas as directed by the Plant Manager.
- Maintain and update the Plant Manager's agenda.
- Provide support to Area Managers as specified by the Plant Manager.
- Gather necessary approvals for overtime work and other documents requiring Plant Manager's approval.
- Keep the office archive up to date and in good condition.
- Coordinate meetings and notify participants, including arranging necessary facilities and refreshments.
- Organize trips and events for the Plant.
- Undertake other tasks within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

**Your Background**
- At least High school education completed with a proven prior experience as an Assistant
- Outstanding verbal and written English skills, Fluent Portuguese language is mandatory
- Demonstrated results orientation with a sense of availability
- Strong planning, organization, and management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with an ability to maintain a pragmatic mindset
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
