**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Siemens Energy Learning Platform Administrator you will be virtually in daily contact with our internal customers and your peers in Europe. You will manage, update and book training courses via the LMS. Additionally, it is your task to develop reports and overviews to support our internal departments in the training planning and decision making. You are in regular exchange with other LMS admins in our organization globally.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You will work in virtual environment with team members in Europe and mainly Germany
- You are responsible in the administration and tracking of the Service Training activities for our organization in a Siemens Energy Learning Platform which is based on Cornerstone LMS
- You are responsible for maintaining the content, inviting participants, conducting assessments, documentation, transmission certificates to our customers
- You will support team admins and team leads of our organization with administrative tasks in the LMS
- With your creativity you will jointly develop our user interface and usablity of the LMS further
- You will consult our internal customers in regards of the Siemens Energy Learning Platform handling
- You will report organizational KPI´s to the management

**What You Bring**
- Ideally you already have previous professional experience in the field with LMS (Learning Management System) or similar software preferable
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products
- Fluent English knowledge required and optional German preferable
- Independent and flexible way of working, communicative and team player as well as intercultural competence

**About the Team**

The team is based in the Field Service and Tools organization in the Europe & Africa region, and is a part of the organization's support business, namely developing, improving and maintaining trainings, training results and certifications for our field staff. We are a diverse team that is currently based in Germany, Sweden, UK.

Our common focus is on the administration of the correct training execution and the documentation of trainings and curricula/job roles.
