The Role
As IT NCO Projects Delivery Lead for IWG you will reports to the Head of the Infrastructure PMO.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all centre technology programmes covering both our new centres and the upgrade of services to our existing centre network.
- Manage the incoming project pipeline and ensure on time and excellent delivery
- Ensure projects are in scope of the teams remit and allocate work to a team of Project Managers
- Template business as usual projects and ensure consistent delivery and team output
- Monitor the delivery of IT services to New Centres to pre agreed deadlines
- Liaise with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues and act as first point of escalation
- Ensure IT projects are delivered on time, in budget and meet the IWG technical and quality standards
- Responsibility for training, development and management of a team of project managers to produce excellence
- Manage (as a team) the performance of outsourced partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications (Telecommunications Engineer) or Computer Science.
Demonstrable experience leading a programme management function
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Highly organised and analytical mind-set with a clear and consistent programme delivery method
Strong educational background, University educated preferred. Professional Programme Management Qualifications are highly desirable
Able to meet targets and deadlines and to adapt to changing goals with a can-do attitude
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced and environment and can deliver results to demanding time scales in an ambiguous environment.
Used to work under pressure
Motivated and ambitious.
Flexible working hours essential, working across global time zones and to deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time
Excellent organisational skills.

Fluency in English
High on delivery. Must be prepared to ‘get hands dirty’ and be actively Involved / personally contribute.
