**Kelly Technology** is currently recruiting a **Financial Master Data & Controls Analyst**, for our one our biggest clients, located in **Sintra**. They are an international company, one of the world’s leading tobacco companies and have established a new Finance Center of Expertise in Portugal.
As part of this team, you'll work with a very dynamic, diverse, multicultural, and ambitious group. You will contribute to all internal initiatives, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners.
**They offer a hybrid work method - 2 office days, 3 work from home.**
**We are looking to recruit**:
- An upbeat, driven professional with a university degree in Business Management, Information Management, Statistics & Economics, Finance, or similar;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, practice in audit or internal control or master data maintenance or governance would be an asset;
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs, strong excel skills, and usage of macros would be a plus;
- Good knowledge of collaboration and project management tools;
- Curious, proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English;
**Rise to the challenge**
- Work in the Finance System Governance Team responsible for the maintenance and orchestration of controls, and Global Finance Master Data.
- Supervise the execution of control reports and establish guidelines.
- Provide control evidence to External and Internal Audit groups.
- Manage Finance Master Data in Shared Master Data Layer and provide support to counterparties/customers.
- Maintain and analyze trading flow definitional data to generate and build trading rules to support supply chain flow and inter-company transactions (financial business flows)
- Manage the Finance data entities e.g., Companies, Market Structure, Product Structure, etc., following the established maintenance procedures.
- Provide support with Master Data-related projects.
- Participate in the improvement and simplification of control activities.
- Support with the maintenance of Finance Master Data in the Shared Master Data Layer.
- Interact and connect with our worldwide Stakeholders.
- Participate and support, where applicable, the way we make decisions on multi-functional changes (data, system, access security, administration, and reporting content).
