**Perfil**:

- Nível 6 - Ensino superior (Licenciatura) Arquitetura; Engenharia, ou similar;
- Experiência profissional entre10 e 15 anos
- Experiênica internacional;
- Inglês - Avançado

**Responsabilidades**:

- Assegurar o planeamento, coordenação e controlo eficaz e eficiente dos processos de produção, garantindo a satisfação do cliente interno / externo pelo cumprimento dos prazos, legislação vigente, padrões de qualidade e segurança e ao menor custo possível, através de adequada alocação dos recursos financeiros, humanos, técnicos e materiais.
- Definir em conjunto com o Diretor de Produção a estratégia técnica, financeira e humana;
- Promover o alinhamento e parceria entre as várias equipas sob a sua responsabilidade, bem como potenciar oportunidades para desenvolver negócio com outras empresas dentro da sua área/região;
- Acompanhar as diversas fases de implementação dos projetos, garantindo a satisfação do cliente, gerindo eventuais reclamações e aditamentos e salvaguardando os interesses da Empresa;
- Analisar o projeto da obra, procedendo ao estudo de alternativas/soluções construtivas e propor soluções de industrialização aos clientes como uma solução técnica ao projeto, permitindo uma redução dos cronogramas de obra através de processos bem definidos e automatizados possibilitando um maior controle de qualidade e de rastreabilidade;
- Assegurar a otimização dos processos de trabalho, junto das equipa, bem como a transmissão das melhores práticas e homogeneização dos processos;
- Proceder à articulação permanente com o Dono de Obra, relativamente ao cumprimento do contrato, sugerindo e negociando, eventuais alterações ao projeto e/ou ao plano de trabalhos e aos processos de execução definidos;
- Assegurar a conclusão e a rentabilidade económica dos projetos;
- Garantir a implementação dos planos de ambiente, qualidade e segurança de acordo com as normas legais e internas em vigor.
