Responsabilidades Principais:

- Identificar e contactar proativamente talentos de excelência através de diversos canais (sites de recrutamento, redes sociais, eventos de networking, etc.).
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os gestores de recrutamento, das empresas clientes, para compreender as necessidades dos mesmos e os requisitos das vagas.
- Requisitos:

- Experiência comprovada como Talent Recruiter ou em funções similares de recrutamento.
- Conhecimento sólido dos processos de recrutamento e das melhores práticas.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e gerir várias prioridades simultaneamente.
- Paixão por pessoas e por ajudar as organizações a encontrar os talentos certos.
- Fluência em Línguas (Inglês, Espanhol mandatório e Francês será valorizado)
