**What you will do**:
The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are safe, efficient, and fully operational at all times. You will work closely with the campus management team to ensure that the facility meets the needs of the organization and its employees.

**Campus Operations**
- Help realize the Campus concept
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, waste management and cleaning
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and upgrades
- Conduct and maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate facility projects and renovations
- Develop and execute sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

**Vendor Management**
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors
- Manage different stakeholders

**Team Management**
- Supervise facility staff, including maintenance personnel and cleaning staff
- Hire, manage and train the hospitality team of our Campus.

**Safety & Security**
- Manage facility security, including access control, surveillance, and emergency preparedness
- Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees
- Oversee space planning and allocation according to needs

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or related field
- Previous proven experience on a Campus structure will be a plus
- Knowledge on systems under ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO 14001 would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and projects
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Familiarity with facility management software and systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
