**We are looking for a Rhino that will **
- Be the point of contact for UiPath software robots in production environment;
- Provide technical services in workflow design and issue resolution for business clients;
- Monitoring, troubleshooting in level 1 and 2 of support and escalation of bugs to product
development team;
- Develop new features or improvements towards our robots in Production, in accordance with the
specifications and deliver with high standards.

**The perfect Rhino will have **
- Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
- 1+ years of UiPath professional experience, either as support or developer;
- Experience with support activities in RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism,
UiPath - preferably and with that experience will be in advantage);
- Knowledge with programming languages (preferably Python, C# and/or VB.Net);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex incidents and define technical
resolutions;
- Strong business skills and experience in working with cross/functional teams (e.g.
Security, IAM, Finance, Internal Audit, working side by side with SME’s for creating
process documentation);

**And will be skilled in **
- UiPath Certification(s);
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
- Worked with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
