Converter Control HW & FW sub-module is a global and diverse team with people from different locations and develops, verifies, and maintains all software functionalities of converters for all onshore and offshore Vestas turbines. We provide the software for the first-in-class converter solutions of Vestas with quality meeting system and grid requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all schedules are fully integrated and resource-loaded to ensure the accuracy of projected resourcing and staffing requirements
- Monitor and update accurate schedule progress toward achieving the desired project completion date and inform of changes to schedule outcome
- Organize and participate in weekly and monthly Project Reviews, Planning, and Performance meetings
- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines
- Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports
- Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
- Recommending actions to keep projects completed on time
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records
**Qualifications**
- You have a technical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc)
- You have solid experience using JIRA tool
- You are skilled with Excel, VBA programming, macros
- Proven experience in Planning, Scheduling, or and monitoring project development
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbally
**Competencies**
- Systematic and structured way of working
- Highly independent and self-initiated to learn
- Can abstract from details when needed
- Good communication skills both to the internal team and to external stakeholders
- Being skilled in estimating tasks and communicating with project managers and functional leads is an added value
- Process-oriented and product life cycle understanding
