Position: Safety Content Writer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identifying and making sense of language patterns
- Rewrite and improve AI generated responses, adhering to safety categories that might include sensitive content e.g., sexual content, violent crime, drugs or alcohol and others
- Recognize patterns and meaning from composition of words of assigned language
- Process information to perform the task and to incorporate editorial review when applicable
- Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when applicable.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High proficiency in Vietnamese language (Writing and Speaking), B2 English
- Able to use the specific writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting
- Background degree (in Journalism, Communications, Teaching, or a related field preferred)
- Experience/ or being comfortable working on sensitive/objectionable content
- Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderator or expert AI teachers
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferential)
- Availability to join as soon as possible.

**OFFER:
- Base salary above average x 14 months
- Meal allowance and health Insurance
- Work shift Monday to Friday (Business hours).
