IT Business Analyst

**WORKPLACE**:Coimbra (Hybrid)**:
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Analysis and assessment of IT needs, aligning technological solutions with business objectives;
- Management of support requests, ensuring that all problems are documented, prioritized and resolved efficiently and effectively;
- Preparation of functional and technical specifications for information systems, including process diagrams and use cases;
- Monitoring the development of solutions, to ensure that requirements are implemented and deadlines are met;
- Carrying out acceptance tests (UAT) and supporting post-implementation problem solving;
- Preparation of technical documentation and user support manuals.
**PROFILE**:
- Higher education in the area of Information Technologies, Engineering, Economics or Management;
- Professional experience of more than 4 years as an IT Business Analyst;
- Proven professional experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications;
- Knowledge in managing support requests;
- Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana is valued;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Good analysis, organization and planning skills;
- Good communication and customer orientation skills;
- Dynamic, with capacity for initiative and critical sense;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
