**Your Role**:

- Ensure exceptional customer relationships and experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and more.
- Foster sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships between customers and the brand.~

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
- Proficient in English at a C1 level for training and communication purposes.
