**The position
You will be able to actively support the implementation of Novo Nordisk Portugal sustainability strategy. To achieve this goal your main responsibilities will be:

- The development and monitorization of the progress of the annual Environmental Management Plan (EMP) report
- Support implementation of the Cities Changing Diabetes (CCD) Lisboa program
- Providing support to our Take Action program
- Drive internal communication / literacy building on Sustainability.
- Contribute with academic knowledge and with fresh ideas to promote innovation/improvement. Attend to the department meetings/ brainstorming thereby gaining not only specific industry-related knowledge but also soft-skills required in today's workplace.

We can offer you:

- Internship period: full-time position for 12 months
- Starting date: 15th January 2024 Salary compensation according to professional internship + meal allowance

**Qualifications
- Master's Degree or post-graduation on Sustainability Management, Innovation and Business Sustainability, Social Responsibility, Corporate Enviromental Management or related.
- English and Portuguese proficiency
- Eligibility for a ‘professional internship’.
- Full-time availability and base in Lisbon area (if not currently based there, willingness to relocate) Project management abilities, teamwork, good communication and presentation skills.
