**THE ROLE**
- We are looking for a **#TechTalent** to work as a **Service Manager** for an international project in the** luxury fashion sector**. Your main responsibilities will be ensure and improve the service management processes design.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Accountable for the overall quality and overseeing of the management and compliance with the procedures, data models, policies, and technologies associated with the service management processes;
- Ensuring that the service management processes are fit for purpose;
- Promote and reinforce adherence to the process and policies associated with Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management and Major Incidents;
- Ensure the design of the service management processes aligns with the business and industry best practices;
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms and communication plans;
- Work in conjunction with Continual Service Improvement;
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Graduate in Information Systems or related field;
- At least 2 years experience in Service Management;
- Proficient with Confluence and JIRA tools is a plus;
- ITIL certifications are a plus;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- International experience is an advantage;
- Ability to lead and manage teams and resources;
- Aptitude for problem solving and creating solutions;
- Resilient and pressure-resistant spirit;
- Enjoyment of teamwork;
- Ease of communication with the entire team.
