Vice President Asset Management

We are delighted to bring an excellent career opportunity to the Lisbon Real Estate market. We are searching for a VP of Asset Management to join one of the most exciting & dynamic, International Real Estate Investors operating in the European market. Our client has an existing portfolio of assets in Iberia and an exciting pipeline which will require the highest standards of asset management. From an International perspective, this organisation has an incredible track record of adding value to a range of globally recognisable, iconic buildings. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the organisation’s success and growth in the Iberian market.
**Responsibilities Include**:
Development and implementation of effective asset business plans with the objective of outperformance.
Leadership and management of the Iberia asset team, including Analysts, Finance & Property Management).
Supervise and coordinate Cap Ex projects with all related parties (internal and external) such as construction managers, architects, the property management team, contractors.
Strategic asset analysis for the portfolio.
Close collaboration with the acquisitions team in relation to new deals in Iberia.
Develop and maintain relationships with a range of internal & external partners including; leasing brokers, construction managers, architects, property managers etc.
About You
You have a minimum of 7 years’ Asset Management experience in the Real Estate sector. Experience in the management of Office and/or Mixed Use assets would be highly beneficial for this position.
Language skills - Fluent Portuguese & English language skills are essential. Spanish language skills would also be beneficial.
Leadership - This person will be responsible for the leadership and management of the asset management team in Iberia - situated in Lisbon and Madrid.
International Mindset - You are excited to work with a very Internationally focussed organisation, alongside colleagues located across Europe. You are also able to travel to different European countries when required.
