Enquanto Social Media and Paid Media Consultant, irás apoiar a equipa e a Adagietto na definição e implementação de soluções de Social Media e Paid Media que vão ao encontro dos objetivos de negócio de cada um dos nossos clientes. Para além da competência técnica, és alguém que traz novas ideias e metodologias, tem gosto e ambição por novos desafios e capacidade de identificar oportunidades nos clientes.

**As tuas funções e competências incluem**:
Social Media
- Gestão de redes sociais, nas diferentes plataformas (X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads)
- Gestão projeto: contacto com o cliente, receção de briefings, gestão de deadlines.
- Desenvolvimento de estratégias de digital para clientes ativos e novos clientes.
- Community Manager.
- Realização de reports, com recurso a diferentes fontes de dados, suportes e ferramentas / plataformas.

Paid Media
- Acompanhar e monitorizar as campanhas de modo a otimizar continuamente com base em análises quantitativas e qualitativas.
- Execução de testes A/B para otimizar as campanhas e identificar oportunidades de crescimento;
- Realização de reports, com recurso a diferentes fontes de dados, suportes e ferramentas / plataformas.
- Definição e monitorização de KPIs para diferentes marcas e diferentes objetivos.
- Desenho e implementação de Analytic Dashboards e a sua devida monitorização.
- Definir, implementar a monitorizar estratégias de SEO.
- Colaboração com equipas internas (design, gestor de projeto) e externas em projectos para dar uma resposta rápida ao cliente e impulsionar o crescimento e a eficiência.

**Competências**:

- Formação em digital Marketing, digital performance ou similares
- Contacto prévio com o mercado.
- Conhecimentos de SEO
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos
- Conhecimentos das linguagens específicas de cada plataforma.
- Excelente domínio do Português e do Inglês escrito.
- Gosto pela criação de conteúdo vídeo (não eliminatório)
