DATA QUALITY ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2311GFSO16571)

**About the job**
- FRESH is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. FRESH is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT)
- Part of FRESH, Master data is the team in charge of “Master Data” solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share “Master Data” across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solutions
- The team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Provide high quality Master Data Solutions, define standards in governance, rules and exchanges, plus a standardization of Corporate Third Parties data
- Provide data quality monitoring through indicators and support remediation processes
- Provide to all stakeholders a clear visibility of data-related controls and its implementation into the RMPM processes.
- Adopt a common approach with BNPP entities by also increasing effectiveness through coordination of efforts in the Group
- Design and deliver evolutions
- Give a technical and functional support
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses)
- Perform and contribute to data remediations (local & central)
- Identify data quality issues and resolution to relevant business users
- Work in close collaboration with all business data consumers to take the right decisions on functional evolution and manage impacts on data usage
- Propose and/or contribute to all initiatives allowing the improvement of the data and its quality
- Organize and run tests of enhancements linked to data quality
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- University degree, or equivalent by experience, in IT, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Information Management, or other related fields
- A least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Quality Analyst or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a high command in Excel (Expert level). Building reports with Tableau, and/or using Power BI
- Experience with databases (queries in SQL) and data management
- Fluent in English (B2 Level), must be capable to maintain fluent conversation
- Availability and customer orientation skills
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organization skills
- Data Usage and Analytical oriented
- Excellent attention to details, rigor and accuracy
- Proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking
- Ability to report

- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
