**Introduction**:

**Senior FP&A Analyst (100%)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analysing business performance, main drivers and budget deviations of business units, local entities and the Group.
- Business partnering with Business Units to prepare monthly management reports that provide insights into performance drivers and support informed decision making.
- Collaborating closely with the finance functions of the local entities and the Group Accounting & Reporting Manager to guarantee correct reporting to the Group.
- Support in implementation of a harmonised cost accounting system for the Group.
- Support the annual budgeting process for the Group.
- Support in improving financial processes and systems for the Group.
- Participating in ad-hoc finance and company projects.

**You bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A with increasing level of responsibility and/or Big 4, Management Consulting or Finance Graduate background.
- Ability to critically analyse data, identifying trends, correlations, and key drivers.
- Prior multi-geography experience and work in virtual environment.
- Strong evidence of consistent delivery against targets and ability to manage workload in a pressurised environment.
- Good ability to structure tasks and high level of attention to details.
- Ability to quality control own work and daily output.
- Evidence of strong business partnering skills.
