We are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to strengthen our Human Resources team. The role is based in Ovar, Portugal.

What you’ll do

In this role you will get the opportunity to support the Human Resources team and gain experience in:
Development of Projects in HR:

- Support the creation of a career ladder program for Production area;
- Creation of competences matrix;
- Refresh Job Description.

Recruitment:

- Support to recruitment cycle, from sourcing, writing and placing job advertisements; screening applicants, conducting background checks and extending offers;
- Coordinate the on-boarding processes;

Training:

- Carry out the diagnosis of the training needs of the workers to promote their technical and professional development;
- Develop the annual training plan and consequent evaluation of the training;

Other Administrative Tasks:

- Support in the administrative management of human resources, such as, data maintenance systems, legal reports, cost analysis, preparation of monthly reports, absenteeism management and archive;
- Support the Medicine and Well-Being area;
- All other duties as assigned related to HR department.

Who you are
- Degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
- Good knowledge of IT from the user's perspective;
- Good English skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong motivation to work with customer orientation;
- Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities.
