**As a **Procurement Assistant**, what are you going to do?**
- Work hand-in-hand with category managers and unit heads within the company to determine the company’s supply needs
- Helps to drive and maintain existing relationship between the company and suppliers
- Place orders for materials on behalf of the company, and also make sure that orders are delivered as at when due; handles prepaymets request and occasionally negotiate with suppliers
- Oversees the full delivery of materials from expedition until receipt in good quality;
- Performs claim of the materials to supplier if they are not received in good quality;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Health, Safety & Environment and report any non-conformity detected in this area;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt;

- Market and technology curiosity, ability to have big picture while dealing in the day to day with operation
- Strong time management skills; strong research, negotiation and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Other Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year procurement experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Good level of MS Excel
- Speak and writes fluent English
- Ensure the confidentiality of the information available within the scope of the activity, as contractually defined;
