**As a Salesforce Architect, you will**
- Be responsible for identifying the organization’s needs
- Break down large-scale projects to manageable tasks
- Identify which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis
- Perform research and proof-of-concept work with the goal of designing the best solution for complex business requirements
- Create solution designs and document them in a way that developers can understand and execute them
- Explaining complex solution approaches to Product Owners and Developers
- Overseeing the progress and the quality of the SFDC projects for which you provide the solutions
- Coach developers to help them solve technical problems encountered during solution implementation
- Be able to build trust with key business stakeholders

**To make a difference, you must have**
- 5+ years of SFDC or CRM implementation experience
- Full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Community Cloud
- Experience architecting and managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle SFDC implementations of CRM solutions
- Experience developing in Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes (Direct experience with Copado a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service and Salesforce CPQ a plus
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc )
- Experience presenting to Product Owners or other decision makers to sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Domain Specialist or Architect certifications
- Fluent in English
