A posição:
Colocar um bom produto no mercado é um desafio cada vez mais complexo nos dias atuais. Propostas inovadoras, a tecnologia em alto nível de avanço e a exigência elevada do consumidor atual são alguns dos fatores que têm impactado esse trabalho.
Diante desse cenário, o trabalhode Product Manager é ainda mais estratégico e fundamental para resultados satisfatórios.

**Funções**:
Criar, carregar, atualizar e otimizar o conteúdo de produtos da Living Tours nos diversos canais de venda B2B e B2C.
Procurar novos canais de venda online e offline, focado em alavancar o negócio o mais possível.
Manter os canais de distribuiçãoem pleno funcionamento, garantido a correta ligação e utilização das ferramentas tecnológicas de venda.
Analisar dados, voltados à busca de oportunidades de alavancar o produto e reportar à direção.
Gerir, analisar e investir na experiência do cliente, medindo os graus de satisfação, entregando produtos de alto desempenho e que sejam próximos da perfeição da expectativa do cliente.

**Requisitos**:
Formação superior em Turismo, Gestão ou Marketing e Vendas
Experiência em Operador turístico será valorizada
Vocação Comercial
Foco e Orientação para resultados
Conhecimentos avançados de idiomas: Português, Inglês, Espanhole/ou Francês
Conhecimentos avançados de informática: Officee Utilização de Plataformas Online (OTA’s e Channel Managers)
Ser capaz de trabalhar sob pressão
Ter bom senso e sentido crítico
Ser confiável, capaz de agir de maneira confidencial
Ter grande atenção aos detalhes
Ter habilidades de trabalho em equipa
Elevado sentido de organização
