As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Buyer. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion about procurement, negotiation, and sourcing to make a significant impact in our client’s organization.

**Your main Responsibilities would be to**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products that align with company objectives,
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards,
- Analyze data to make informed purchasing decisions,
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery,
- Launch and support the complete tendering process and select the best supplier regarding your activities,
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements affecting procurement activities.
- Master’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a buyer, preferably in the industry (automotive, aeronautical )
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English and French.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is advantageous.
