**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and implement necessary security controls.
- Investigate security incidents, analyzing root causes, and recommending improvements to prevent similar incidents in the future.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines to govern the organization's security posture and ensure consistency in security practices.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees to educate them about cyber threats, security best practices, and their role in maintaining a secure environment.
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:
- Proficiency in network security concepts, protocols, and technologies as well as familiarity with industry standard security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, SIEM systems, etc.
- Ability to conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments and profound experience with incident response tools and techniques.
- Very strong problem-solving skills to identify and address security issues effectively and ability to analyze security incidents, assess risks, and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Capability to prioritize security tasks based on risk assessment and business impact.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders in combination with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Recommended: relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, etc.
