If you have experience working with Dynamics 365 Costumer Engagement or Power Platform this opportunity is for you
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with minimum of 3 years of experience on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement related app (such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service);
- Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, being able to interact (spoken and written) with stakeholders (business and implementation teams).
- Experience with functional designs with a view on the technical solution.
- Able to perform the activities in an Agile-like approach.
- Fluent in Portuguese and a good level of English (both verbal and written). Other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed;
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification is a plus;
