Reckitt is looking for a** Marketing Trainee in Lisbon** who is not only organised and proactive but also brimming with creativity. You will be the key support to Marketing & Trade Marketing teams to improve digitalization and the development of materiales for Key Reckitt brands like Veet, Durex, Stepfen, Gaviscon and Nurofen.

**Your responsibilities**:

- In summary, you'll:
- Tackle daily administrative tasks to keep our marketing engines running smoothly.
- Have a hand in supporting and coordinating marketing campaigns, from digital designs to event highlights.
- Craft compelling content and ensure the finesse of marketing materials.
- Revision and update of brands' websites, together with brand relaunch; ensure to update of hero images and updated brand content on customers websites
- Assuring the right changes and new contents for the brands in eCommerce customers.
- Hone your market research skills to grasp consumer insights and monitor our competition.
- Implementation Always-On campaigns in Social Media.
- Work directly with Brand Managers on the development materials for Portugal (translations, cycle materials...)
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners (media and digital agencies) to spark marketing success.
- Support on the execution of local marketing plans.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing or business related (completion or near completion).
- Evidence of active interest in consumer marketing through University extra-curricular activity.
- Portuguese & English proficiency level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, keeping an eye on the small details while managing the broader picture.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A spirit of innovation and willingness to put forward ideas that could help shape our campaigns.
- Passion to understand consumer products and the FMCG/Pharma marketplace.
