**All roles at The/Studio are 100% remote from anywhere in the world, as long as you have all your tools and a fast, stable internet connection**

***The Role****:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional strategic and operational projects as needed, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and timely delivery.
- Serve as the connective tissue for cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, People, and other internal groups, etc.), fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and guiding teams towards shared objectives.
- Inspire teams to challenge the status quo, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Streamline processes to increase productivity and minimize errors.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in operations management within an ecommerce, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment. Experience working with a startup is ideal.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, production planning, and inventory control.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive operational improvements.
- Fluency in articulating thoughts and processes both verbal and written
- Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls
