- Strong Project Management skills are a must
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Min 15 years’ experience in the Project Management field
- Experience in working as a Project Management dealing with main consultants or Developers Teams
- The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
- Exquisite Presentation Skills, adept at engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and Event Planners.
- Next-level organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the Client’s Group to New Heights.
- Creative solutions and ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey with our Client.
- Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
- ‘5 -Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
- A Team Player and 'People-Oriented' leader, passionate about Motivating and Training a successful and productive Sales Team.
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do’ Spirit.
- Spanish and English proficiency (mandatory)
- Handle project data and information whilst coordinating and corresponding with the project/stakeholders
- Leading, managing and developing project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and delivering results through others
- Plan and update project schedule, follow up daily with all parties to remain on schedule for the project deliverables and handover.
- Commercially aware; experienced in monthly budgeting/forecasting and managing project budgets
- Able to write scope of services, and deliverables for Master Planning Consultant and Specialists.
- Structuring and updating the project’s data room
- Communicating effectively and focusing on efficient, collaborative and quality delivery;
