**Your contribution to something big**:
You will be responsible for the Lead and for the Coordination of the IPN (International Production Network) for Radar GEN5 Plus:

- Represent the IPN in front of the Product Team and Development;
- Management and alignment of IPN interests of 4 Bosch plants (Portugal, Mexico, Germany and China);
- Actively contribute for the IPN strategy development and improve the existing process towards excellence and innovation;
- Business process harmonization and premises definition (PVA, TEK, SSC, EVOB, feasibility for manufacturing,);
- Footprint optimization (RPP, CT, FOR, IDC,);
- IPN Value Stream Exchange Meetings;
- Global coordination of the IPN continuous improvement (System CIP, LL, );
- IPN controlling (KPI tracking, Capex controlling);
- Improve the concept of the IPN Community;
- Work packages & HCi/Dep. planned and agreed with stakeholders;
- Check regularly what are the needs of the Community users;
- Encourage IPN members to contribute and participate.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Experience**: We are looking for someone as Senior Engineer with a minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably with experience in leading or coordinating international teams; Possess good knowledge about Project Management tools and experience in leading Global projects;
- ** Working**: Good skills to understand complex technical tasks and being result-orientated and Self-organized. You have an analytical and critical skills;
- ** Education**: Background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical or similar);
- ** Languages**: Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written);
- ** Know How**: We want someone with knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Production control, Product and process planning as well Quality tools (visualization, improvement loops, evaluation of planning quality); Proficiency in MSOffice, namely in Excel, Power-Point, Teams and experience in Power BI;
- ** Enthusiasm**: Enthusiastic for Global coordination and continuous improvement, we desire someone that has fun to collaborate with internal/external customers and can coordinate international teams;
- ** Personality**: You are a team worker and a leader; you have great communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
