Project Management & Executive Coordinator

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- The Project Management & Executive Coordinator is an expert in Commercial and OnePfizer project management. This role will support Country Manager in local commercial operations, in accordance with local and global policies and provide an executive coordination of the Country Manager and LT operational activities. This position will report and work closely with the Country Manager._

The key responsibilities in this role include:

- Core components_
- Provide support to the Country Manager in the executive and administrative needs, as well as providing support to the Country Leadership Team.
- Project Coordinator of the commercial projects assigned by the Country Manager and Country Leadership Team, ensuring that statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are satisfied.
- Provides end to end local project management in accordance with local and global policies, of:

- Commercial projects assigned
- OnePfizer projects
- Other OnePfizer Portugal initiatives
- Manage the specification, development, and implementation of projects within budget and corporate guidelines.
- Support in developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Preparation of estimates, resource plans and detailed project plans for all phases of the projects.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive partnerships with the different areas, colleagues and suppliers involved in pursuit of successful projects and on-going business development.
- Provide guidance and lead assigned projects. This shall include coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing projects documentation and governance, acting as an internal quality control check for projects.
- Track progress and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
- Supports the Country Manager in the active direct budget monitoring.
- Is a key contributor to ensure local process related commercial compliance, collaborating with Country and Global compliance roles / groups.
- Collaborates and works cross functionally with Medical Affairs, Legal, Corporate Compliance People Experience (HR), Finance, Local Health & Value, Digital Marketing and Commercial Teams.
- Lead engagement of staff in a dynamic business environment.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- _ University Degree is an advantage_
- _ Minimum of 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in relevant healthcare sector activities._
- _ Commercial & Communication skills including oral and written communication._
- _ Broad interest/expertise in pharmaceutical innovation._
- _ Project management skills._
- _ Innovation minded, particularly in the digital domain._
- _ Attention to details and process oriented._
- _ Ability to effectively balance multiple deadlines and projects and to effectively prioritize._
- _ Business acumen._
- _ Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English._
- _ Budget management experience_
