No Independente, tens a missão de proporcionar uma experiência excepcional para todos os nossos clientes. O principal objetivo é: demonstrar a todos os clientes as componentes baristas que o Independente assegura.

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo de 18 anos;
- Comunicar e compreender, de forma confortável, Português e Inglês; (valorizam-se outras línguas);
- Flexibilidade de horário.

**Funções**:

- Providenciar a qualidade na experiência dos clientes, assimilando ao conceito do Independente;
- Preparação e serviço de bebidas de acordo com os standards de receitas/serviço que foram estabelecidas;
- Atendimento personalizado ao cliente+ Customer Emottional attachment skill;
- Conhecimento das práticas de HACCP tais como a higienização e manutenção de um Bar (incluindo preparações)
- Conhecimento dos menus do restaurante;
- Participação em reuniões e formações para staff, tais como os briefings diários;
- Reporte sobre quaisquer tipos de situações pertinentes face à experiência dos clientes.

- Interesse e preocupação pelo seu trabalho;
- Atitude positiva em relação ao trabalho e aos seus colegas;
- Capacidade de gerir uma caixa com dinheiro e operar um sistema de POS;
**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Boa capacidade comunicativa e de compreensão;
- Proativo/a;
- Atitude de atendimento ao cliente compassiva;
- Atitude otimista e profissional face à agitação do serviço.
