**How your day-to-day in this role would look like**:

- Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot’s text-based answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous
- You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools
- On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence
- We have programs in place such as the Feel Good Wellness 360 Program and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them
