Your new company
Global leader in scientific analysis is recruiting M&A Senior Analyst (M/F/d).
Your new role
- Actively participate in the execution of M&A transactions from end to end.
- Conduct industry and market screening to identify potential acquisition targets, assess market trends, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support on global M&A deal sourcing. Pipeline management, deal tracking execution of M&A reports to Capital Investment Committee.
- Execution and coordination of regional team on financial models and valuation analysis to support M&A transactions worldwide.
- Coordination of third part service providers such as law firms, consultants and auditors, assuring their work is delivered on time, on budget and according to quality standards and work scope.
- Lead and assist in the preparation of acquisition business cases for different stakeholders within the organization, including Board of Directors.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including the review of financial and legal documents, and the identification of key risks and opportunities.
- Works with various departments and senior leadership to support transaction negotiations and synthesize due diligence findings.
- Work closely with PMI analyst and regional leaders to make sure DD findings are being addressed in the Post-Merger Integration Plan and Integration right at the beginning.
- Travel required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Three (3) or more years of transaction experience in Corporate Development; or Private Equity; or Investment Banking; or Transaction Advisory Services;
- Solid understanding of M&A process and corporate finance;
- Exceptional Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and Powerpoint) abilities are required;
- Language/idioms minimum proficiency: English: Fluent; Spanish: Advanced
