We're seeking a TikTok Manager to join our team, driving creative and engaging TikTok strategies. You'll take the lead on TikTok channels, curating compelling content, executing campaigns, and staying at the forefront of all things TikTok.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing and implementing creative and engaging TikTok marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals;
- Managing day-to-day operations on the TikTok platform, including overseeing account activity, posting schedules, and user engagement;
- Generating, editing, and publishing captivating TikTok content regularly, adapting to the unique format and style of the platform;
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring TikTok campaigns to promote brand awareness, products, or services;
- Analyzing data and performance metrics from TikTok campaigns to optimize strategies for better engagement and results;
- Staying informed about current TikTok trends, features, and audience preferences to ensure the content is relevant and resonates with the target audience;
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends specific to TikTok, staying ahead of changes and advancements on the platform.

What you'll need:

- +2 years of experience as a social media manager, with a strong emphasis on TikTok;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Proven experience managing TikTok accounts, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform;
- A keen eye for identifying and leveraging emerging TikTok trends to keep our clients’ content fresh and aligned with current user interests;
- A creative and strategic mindset tailored for TikTok, with the ability to think outside the box;
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for the short-form, dynamic nature of TikTok;
- Experience collaborating with influencers or content creators on TikTok, fostering partnerships to amplify brand reach;
- Organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
