**About the opportunity**

Due to successful growth ZEISS Vision Care are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who will be a seasoned digital marketer and will lead the maintaining of our online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns while keeping the complete digital user journey B2B and B2C in mind.

Supporting the Head of Global Digital Marketing with strategic recommendations that aim to pay into the long-term data-driven strategy improvement. They will be a cross-functional sparring partner to the creative team and the online editorial team, enabling them to create target group relevant digital marketing initiatives based on the performance and audience insights
- Continuously monitors and analyses the relevant KPIs, regularly draw meaningful conclusions to identify potential opportunities for improvement of the user journey as well as long-term strategy.
- Supports the planning, conceptualising, and steering of global and local digital campaigns with the focus on use of data, tracking, and reporting for various channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, while also considering essentials of SEO and CRM and measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Enables the digital marketing team colleagues to create efficient data-driven campaigns, the creative team to create target group relevant digital campaigns with the help of the audience insights, and the online editorial team to optimize the user journeys on the websites and apps.
- Enables the local markets to drive efficient digital initiatives by a close collaboration and clear success measures
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

**This opportunity is based in Lisbon Portugal with hybrid homeworking.**

**Education**
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

**Skills/Experience required**
- Understanding of the digital user journeys, coupled with a proven customer/ consumer focus (B2C and B2B)
- Experience in data-driven performance marketing, more specific in paid social, native advertising, SEM, CRM and display advertising
- In-depth knowledge of using Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics/similar analytics tool
- Knowledge or understanding of Taboola and Outbrain and or similar native advertising tools
- Experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar Marketing automation tools
- Affinity for data-driven decision making and strong in problem-solving with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively and with discipline in an international environment
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)

**Salary**: 50,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
