Job Details
- The Risk Specialist role is part of a dynamic and integrated Procurement function operating on third party security risk assessment services. The role will integrate the Supplier Risk Team, under the wing of the Source to Pay (S2P) Tower, and report directly to the Supplier Risk Manager. The Supplier Risk Specialist will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with the defined targets and quality standards.

Role Description
- Responsible for IT Risk security in the end-to-end process.
- Assisting with supplier due diligence across Cyber Risk and supplying to final recommendation.
- Handle Supplier Risk Management through definition of supplier risk, categorisation of risk profiles and conducting Supplier Risk Assessments.
- Ensures no red flags and compliance with the agreed set policies and procedures across procurement and IT security.
- Responsible for the adherence to policies & controls, aligned to the compliance framework, for all countries & business lines in scope.
- Support the S2P governance model and develop standard operating procedures for risk and compliance.
- Communicate risk and make appropriate recommendations to the wider business around security of supply.

Role Requirements
- Degree level education in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Previous experience in using risk management tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP Cloud) at similar size/geographic organisations is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology.
- Shown project management skills.
- Proficient English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.
