**SENIOR TALENT STRATEGY CONSULTANT**

HR consultants lead complex projects and develop impactful frameworks/solutions that promote organizational transformations through behavioral changes and HR frameworks.

**We will count on you to**:

- Develop and manage HR talent and transformation projects;
- Lead and manage projects teams, contributing for their development and proficiency;
- Develop strong client business relations, identifying and acting on business leads;
- Implement HR consulting frameworks (HR processes and models);
- Deliver training and facilitation of workshops;
- Implement HR Assessment and Development Methodologies;
- Create innovative and impactful solutions;
- Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in HR, Management or similar;
- Experience in training delivery, training programs conception, culture and transformation projects;
- More than 5 years of experience;
- English language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;
- Leadership and People Development skills;
- Strategic and macro vision;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Critical reasoning and systemic thinking;
- Curiosity and learning agility;
- Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
- Accountability and ownership.

- 3-4 years of experience in similar projects;
