**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to develop and maintain electronic assembly standards and methods.- Support product assembly processes development (PCBA Assembly, HV Connectors Assy, housing dispensing, tightening processes etc..)- Support development of Manufacturing requirements and Bill of Processes- Maintain & contribute for machines, product components and sub-assembly drawings updates- Contribute to develop and implement error proofing strategies for assembly concepts- Contribute to the cross functional team by developing specifications.- Lead HVCH Council and Contribute with others council´s.- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for Assembly lines under industrialization.- Support conducting GR&R measurements on plants- Support creation custom parts for pass/fail investigations.- Review/Contribute with RFQ documents and 3 P workshop to strengthen relationships with suppliers by minimizing re-design activities- Provide technical support to ensure Program Safe Lunch:
- Lesson´s learned plattaform update-
- Best of practices platform update-
- Manufacturing standard´s creation & update-
- Design Review activities-
- Contribute to the reduction of scrap and increase throughput of the plants.- Support problem solving activities
Job requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.- Familiarized with multiple programming language: Visual Studio (Visual Basic), C and C++, C# (C Sharp), LabView- Familiarized with Problem Solving tools ( Ishikawa diagram´s, 8D´s, Pareto etc..)- Familiarized with D-FMEA; P-FMEA; Control Plan tools- MS Office Suite with advance experience with MS Excel: Macros, Advanced functions, templates- Comfortable with PC hardware installation, setup and basic troubleshooting.- Working Knowledge of Minitab helpful.- Good English language skills (spoken and written)- Availability to travel approx. 50 % of time.- Other Skills: Communication both written and oral skills, self-motivated and Results driven, appetite to learn new technologies
