We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant who wants to join us in growing ValGenesis’s business.

As a Marketing Assistant at ValGenesis, you will be responsible for ValGenesis content distribution to capture the market’s mental availability and grow our pipeline.

Your work will focus on our owned media, ensuring we reach more of our market daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the planning and deployment of our activity in our Social Media Channels.
- Manage and coordinate our Content Events such as Webinars, Workshops (live and virtual), and Podcasts.
- Run the ValGenesis Newsletter program.
- Take part in and run other Marketing Projects.

**Requirements**:

- Have at least one year of Marketing experience.
- Can manage multiple projects while prioritizing time and resources between them.
- Have social media and content marketing experience.
- Can speak and write fluently English.
- Can communicate effectively, collaborate, and work as part of a team and between several teams.
- Are experienced with MS Office.

**Additional experience (a plus, but not required)**:

- GoToWebinar experience.
- CRM platform experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- MSC in Marketing or a relevant Business or Life Sciences field is ideal but not mandatory if you have the right experience and are a good fit.

**How We Work**

Our Lisbon office is hybrid. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration foster creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company. Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office.
