Are you fluent in German and have a solid experience with legal topics? Do you want to join an international company and be the key legal advisor for the business? If so, our team in Porto is hiring a Legal and Contract Specialist Join us - a dynamic and vibrant team is waiting for you

As a Legal & Contract Specialist, you will work together with the local and global teams to support Infineon’s corporate divisions by providing legal advice.

In your new role you will:

- S **upport the Business Divisions and Central Functions **through the n **egotiation of R&D Consortium Agreements **funded by the German public authorities (BMBF);
- **Manage communication with internal interfaces **with regard to the projects under your responsibility;
- Be responsible for p **reparing, negotiating, and maintaining other types of agreements **;
- **Work with document automation tools **and other platforms used by the company a **s part of the contract lifecycle management system **.

You have excellent attention to detail combined with your organized way of working. You thrive in an international environment and your team spirit allows you to easily foster fruitful collaborations with others. Moreover, you demonstrate strong communication skills, being able to work independently and structure your own work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A University degree in **Law **, or a similar field of studies;
- At least **3 years **of **experience with legal topics **or in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office tools **and other tools such as **DocuSign **;
- **Fluency in German **with **knowledge **of **legal terminology **;
- **Fluency in English.**
